Alberton Consulting is the management consulting vertical of Alberton Technologies, a Pune-based company with roots going back to February 2021. Unlike typical advisory firms, our leadership has direct shop floor experience — from establishing and running our own manufacturing facility in Dehu, Pune to managing operations at Chikhali MIDC. This hands-on background is what separates us: we don't consult from a boardroom, we've worked the floor ourselves.


In January 2024, we formally launched our Management Consulting vertical with a focused mandate — delivering operational excellence to India's SMEs and manufacturing sector. Since then, we have partnered with two of India's leading consulting firms as Subject Matter Experts and secured an ongoing operational excellence engagement with a Gujarat-based integrated steel manufacturer. We bring practitioner credibility — not just advisory theory.

Alberton exists because operational excellence shouldn't be reserved for India's largest companies. We focus on SMEs and mid-sized manufacturers — the Tier 1/2/3 suppliers and growing businesses who need this the most, but have rarely had access to it.
